Individual orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from original date. Large orders and some Package orders may take up to 5 days for shipping.

All orders will be assigned a Delivery Confirmation Number. If for some reason you do not receive your order within 7 to 10 days contact us and someone from our staff will reply with your Delivery Confirmation Number. You may now be able to track your your order using the USPS website.

Go to usps.com Click on Track & Confirm. Enter the Delivery Confirmation Number that is provided to you by smitty's staff member.

All shipping, handling, and confirmation fees are combined into one flat rate fee. Please except Smitty's apologies for any inconvenience that this new fee may cause. I truely dislike charging our customers a shipping fee. But, due to uncontrollable circumstances we must now charge all orders the same flat rate. Larger orders (additional shipping charges may apply).

All and any orders recieved on or after March 10, 2003 will be charged a new enforced Shipping and Handling Confirmation Fee of $5.95 per order. We do apologize for this new enforcement but due to high percentage rate and Report Filing (United States Postal Service Lost/Stolen Undelivered Parcel Report)we were left with no other alternative.
